Does the studio have parking?
We don’t have reserved parking, but there are options nearby:
Free 1-hour street parking in front
Free all-day parking behind the building on Utah Street
Paid lots adjacent to the studio building
Please note: during stadium events, parking can be limited—public transport or drop-off is recommended.
Is the studio wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there’s a back entrance with a ramp and elevator access. Please notify us in advance if you’ll need accommodations.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
We operate by appointment only. Call us at 206-673-0743 with any questions.
Is there Wi-Fi at the studio?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available.
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling are free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please note that no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Absolutely! You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you’re late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you or reschedule, depending on availability.
Can I bring guests who aren’t part of the shoot?
Yes, but we limit total occupancy to 6 people.
Is there a restroom?
Yes, there are two restrooms on our floor.

Can you accommodate appointments outside regular hours?

Can I bring pets?
